First off, I'd like to thank Meanne for most of this info. She held a lecture on this kinda stuff...so...yeah.

There are many unique, rare, and wonderful items in the realms. A lot of people don't even know they exist, so walk with me through this museum of wonders...

A golden snake charm

First up we have a world-famous item, the snake charm. At first glance, it seems to be a normal snake, but it randomly comes to life and moves around on the person, becoming a different type of jewelry...while fairly common, these sell for upwards of 300 platinum...

A marnet pouch

Next up we have another item that a lot of people know about. The wierd thing about this item, though, is that there are only 2, and they're both unique. Yes folks, I'm talking about a marnet pouch...and nobody can ever seem to hold on to one for long. They come in two varietys...the fuzzy brown marnet, and the snow marnet. They live in little marnet pouches and are quite adorable. They can be fed almost anything, and sometimes eat things right out of your hand. Meanne actually lost an altered cat talisman to one...needless to say, it was sold shortly after.

A black orb

Ah the gwethsmasher. The name says it all, eh? A black orb that can destroy gweths while people are wearing 'em. There's only one. I have no idea where it came from, I have no idea where it went. It's out there somewhere, tucked away in some rich man's hoard...

Shapeshifter's Armor

The coolest item...ever. It was given to a trader named Shapeshifter by the gods because he had a disgusting amount of money. The armor allowed shapeshifter to basically do what his name implied. He could become a dragon, a panther (I beleive) and several other things just by willing it. The armor offered amazing protection, and was bonded to him. Alas, when he left, so did the armor...

Puppets!

Somewhat less of a treasure than most of what I've mentioned, puppets are nontheless cool. They have different outfits that change what they are, and you can whisper to them to make them talk. They've also got several neat verbs...

Undead toys

The undead toys are similar to the puppets. They've got a wave verb that makes them come into the room in the same manner as the undead that they represent. You can whisper to them to make them speak, and they run about 30 plat.

Antivenom ring

This nifty item is a ring shaped like a snake. Tap it, and it poisons you. Very funny. Tap it while you're poisoned, and it administers an antivenom. It is effective against all types and strengths of poison...

Gnome Quest GauntletsA more recent treasure, the gnome quest gauntlets are a pair of plate gauntlets with an interesting feature. When tapped, they become a pair of gauntlets with a claw one one and a shield on the other.
